Comfortably furnished apartments provide the perfect base for your holiday. The apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with LED TV, stylish bathroom with shower and balcony with relaxing seating with unobstructed view of the Low Tatras. Available is a modern ski room, smart control of the apartment and a separate parking place for each apartment.

The price is for an apartment (max 4 persons) per night. A local fee / KTX / of 1 € person / per day is charged separately. Minimum stay: 3 nights; for a shorter stay +20 € /per night. The apartments are non-smoking. Parking place for each apartment is included in the price throughout the stay. The price includes clean bed linen, towels + bath towels and kitchen towels for 3 days.

Upon arrival, we will prepare a bottle of quality prosseco + juice for your children so that you can refresh after a long journey!
When using the SPECIAL ACTION TO EXTEND THE STAY, we prepare a bottle of mineral water for each day of your stay.
The final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price.

Location
LOCATION
The location of the apartments is unique. They are located directly on the ski slope of the ski resort Jasná, right at the lower station of Lúčky – Jasná cableway. The resort itself is one of the top European resorts, with its quality proven every year, with great skiing conditions throughout the winter season.
This area is also attractive during the summer, especially due to the exceptional hiking trails leading to the Low Tatras ridges, but also due to the less difficult ways to the Vrbické mountain lake or to the sightseeing tower under Ostredok. Adrenaline attractions a and a bike park are also available.
There are also restaurants and shops.in the immediate vicinity. The matter of course is a bus stop with a direct connection to Liptovský Mikulaš, Aquapark Tatralandia or the famous apreski disco club – Happyend.

LOW TATRAS
Jasná Low Tatras is the largest ski resort in Central Europe. It offers every year excellent skiing conditions that skiers can enjoy on more than 50 kilometers of slopes, but also free ride terrain. The ski resort is equipped with the most modern cable cars, snowmaking and with perfect snow conditions that guarantee a great holiday experience.
AQUAPARK
TATRALANDIA
Tatralandia is very popular water park situated just a few kilometers from the ski resort Jasna or from Liptovský Mikuláš. It is popular with all generations of visitors. There are plenty of water slides, pools with different water temperatures but also a sauna world. Tatralandia is a great place to regenerate after skiing or summer hiking.
DEMÄNOVSKÁ
CAVES
The places of the great natural wealth are located directly in Demänovská valley and only 5km from ff apartments. Demänovská Ice cave and Demänovská Cave of Liberty are popular tourist attractions especially among families with children. They belong to the world's unique and therefore are the most visited for decades.
VLKOLÍNEC
The traditional Liptov architecture at your fingertips. Vlkolínec is a small village included in the world cultural heritage UNESCO. This village is situated in the mountains over the town Ružomberok. Yearly it belongs to the most visited monuments throughout the region..
WATER PARK
BEŠEŇOVÁ
The thermal water with healing effects and a temperature of up to 40 degrees can be found in the second largest park on Liptov. The complex is equipped with nine swimming pools, a sauna world, water slides and a popular waves attraction. The water park is located in Bešeňová, just a 20-minutes drive from the ff apartments..
ARCHEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
HAVRÁNOK
Havránok is among the most important archaeological sites in the whole Liptov region . It demonstrates the presence of Celts in this location, in time between the 4th and 1st century BC. The valuable findings were the reason why one of the first archeopark was created in Slovakia. The exhibition is made up of replicas of the original settlements and in the summer by numerous of cultural events with historical background. Havránok is situated next to the dam Liptovská Mara.
ŽIARSKA
VALLEY
A popular place for walks and trips in summer and winter is Žiarska Valley. Its rugged terrain and the asphalt path leading to the Žiarska hut makes it a favorite for all generations of visitors. In the valley is also Medvedia štôlňa. It is a former mine which was only recently opened to the public.
HIKING
IN LIPTOV
Liptov is not just about skiing and thermal springs. The region is surrounded by Low and Western Tatras, Choč Mountains and Great Fatra. These protected areas provide the perfect conditions for mountain hiking or active recreation in nature. Liptov is definitely not just a region for winter fun. You can enjoy a great holiday here also in the summer.

JÁN
Liptovský Ján is a village with great tourist potential because it has something to offer almost every visitor. Its main dominant feature is one of the longest valley in Slovakia, perfect for cycling, walking tours associated with a visit of Stanišovská cave, but especially for mountain tourism. Liptovský Ján has a very interesting spa history, preserved in the form of the historic mansions scattered throughout the village, but also the natural tub with sulfur water treatment. In the warmer months there is also a popular swimming pool.
AN OPEN-AIR MUSEUM OF LIPTOV VILLAGE
An open-air museum is situated in Pribylina. This museum presents the traditions, culture and architecture of Liptov villages. In the areal we find traditional dwellings, but also demonstrations of crafts, costumes and household equipment from the past.
